Specific Need

Jefferson County Gives would be a meaningful opportunity for Jeffs Gone Mad to continue our mission by allowing us to gather funding that helps fuel our projects, expand our reach, and create even more opportunities for youth to learn what it means to serve, lead, and care.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to leave our community better than we found it. We want to inspire others to step up, take initiative, and believe that no act of kindness is ever too small. When you serve with your heart, everything you do matters.

Mission

Jeffs Gone Mad stands for Jeffs Making a Difference, and that is exactly what our organization is all about. We exist to promote community service, inspire leadership, and encourage the youth in our community to grow into individuals who care deeply about making a difference, whether through small acts, random acts, or large acts of service.

Jeffs Gone Mad was founded by high school students who simply wanted to help and make an impact. What started as an idea has grown into an organization built on action, heart, and service. Our members believe that change begins with showing up, lending a hand, and caring about others.

We proudly serve our community in many ways, including hosting Community Thank You events where we deliver baked goods to local businesses to thank them for all they do and recognize the impact they have on our town. We also organize youth days at the library such as Summer Library Days, Easter Library, and Christmas at the Library, helping create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families. Throughout the school year, we continue to volunteer and support the library during special events whenever help is needed.

Beyond that, Jeffs Gone Mad partners with and supports other organizations and causes whenever we can. We assist with community fun runs, help raise money for the American Heart Association, support families during difficult times, encourage local students, and send messages of hope to those who need to be reminded that they are not alone.

We are also honored to help at events such as the Veterans Day meal at the VFW, serve and visit Cedarwood residents, deliver Easter treats, create cards, and provide small acts of kindness that make big differences. The list truly goes on, because whenever there is a need, Jeffs Gone Mad tries to answer the call.

To us, leadership is not about titles. It is about action. It is about choosing kindness. It is about being willing to serve when it may not be easy but knowing it is always worth it.
