Specific Need

The Lego Jeffs First LEGO League team is seeking financial support to ensure all team members have access to a high-quality, hands-on STEM learning experience. Funding is needed to cover three essential areas of participation: new LEGO robot sets, annual FIRST LEGO League challenge sets, and team registration fees.

New robot sets are required to provide reliable, up-to-date hardware that allows students to design, build, program, test, and iterate effectively. As technology evolves, updated sets ensure equitable access for all team members and support meaningful learning outcomes.

Each season’s FIRST LEGO League challenge set is a core requirement of the program. These materials enable students to engage in real-world problem solving, apply engineering concepts, and develop research and innovation skills aligned with FIRST’s annual theme.

Registration fees are necessary to officially participate in FIRST LEGO League events, including access to the curriculum, judging, and competition opportunities that motivate students and validate their learning.

With this support, The Lego Jeffs can continue to provide an inclusive, inspiring environment where students build technical skills, practice teamwork, and develop confidence as future innovators and leaders.
